About us
Al-Ansar (THE HELPER) is a faith based organization established in 2004 with the aim of assisting the less privilege/needy through visit, possible financial and moral support and fostering of orphans and also empowering widows as the case may be to ameliorate their suffering one orphan to another and vulnerable children, consistent public enlightenment program (training widows on skills acquisition for reliance and lectures) on relevant topical issues and they affect the orphans, widows and the general public. Al-Ansar started two crucial projects since March, 2017 which are still ongoing Al-Ansar Academy and Orphans-Support Programs providing Educational Support Services to Orphans living Outside the Orphanage, over 200 Orphans have benefited from 2016-2022 with 3 of them in the University. We have trained and empowered 220 Widows in their various Skills and Trade over the years.Our team is made up of trained professionals who are passionate about cheer given to our social workers, everyone at Al-Ansar Home is committed to providing the best possible Cause for our resident.

Hajiya Ameenah Abubakar Abdullahi, mni.
Hajiya Ameena Abubakar Abdullahi,mni. was born on October 1st, 1960, in Kano State, Nigeria. With thirty-five years of dedicated service within the Federal Government of Nigeria, she rose through the ranks with exemplary leadership. Academically astute, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science Education and is a Member of the National Institute from the prestigious NIPSS in Jos Nigeria. Her career highlights include pivotal role in the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) and Bauchi state, culminating in her retirement as the Director of Human Resources. Beyond her professional achievements, her role as the Ameerah of Al-Ansar Orphanage Home showcases her unwavering commitment to uplifting the less fortunate, particularly Children, Under her stewardship, the orphanage has flourished into a sanctuary of love and support.Hajiya Ameena’s philanthropic endeavors, coupled with her dedication to making a positive impact in her community, exemplify her indomitable spirit and unwavering resolve. Her journey serves as an inspiration to countless individuals, igniting flames of hope and resilience wherever she goes.
